Princess Anne – William Ray Hill, 70, passed away on Monday, August 21, 2023.

Born in Salisbury, MD on September 14, 1952, he was the son of the late Milton Lee and Catherine Hill. Bill was employed for 50 years for Asplundh Tree Company. He was a member of the IBEW 126.

Bill enjoyed music, fishing, Harley Davidson motorcycles, all animals-especially cats, and the Baltimore Ravens.

Bill is survived by his wife, Jacki Bowen-Hill to which he would have celebrated 25 years of marriage this coming June 12, 2024, stepson James A. Bowen, Jr, and his wife Jessica, three beautiful grandchildren, Jayla, Alyssa, and Jordyn Bowen whom he adored and many cousins.

In addition to his parents of which Bill was the youngest, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Viola Mister, Robert Lee Hill, Stewart Dize, Harry Dize, Rodney Dize, and Margaret Eisenlohr.

No service will be held pursuant to his wishes. Contributions in his memory can be made to the Somerset County Humane Society, P.O. Box 493, Princess Anne, MD 21853.
