William E. Campbell, Jr. 56, formally of Princess Anne, joined his Heavenly Father Thursday July 29 TH. in St. James City, Florida.
Born in Salisbury, he was the son on the late William Campbell, Sr. and Helen Baker Campbell. William was an active member of St. John's Episcopal Church on Pine Island in St. James City, Florida. He was the Treasurer of the St. James City Lions Club, Director of the Youth Council and active in many other Community and Charitable organizations. He worked as a Computer Specialist and formally worked for the State of Md.
He is Survived by a sister Mary Ann Layfield , and husband Reggie, of Princess Anne, a niece Susan Dawn Adams, and husband Clint, of Savannah , Georgia, a niece Nancy Jones Dize and husband Roger of Princess Anne, a niece Sandra Robin Edelen of Savannah Georgia, a nephew John W Bromley ,II., and wife Christine of Allen. Great nieces and nephews are Amanda Rygiel, Ashley Edelen, John W. Bromley, III, Robyn Adams, Sean Adams , Andrew and Katlyn Dize, Ryland Rygiel , several cousins, and Two Best Friends, Sonja Koutsoutis of St. James City, Florida, and Gerald Maille, of Lehigh Acres, Florida. A late sister was Dorothy Jean Bromley.
A Funeral Service will be held Saturday August 7th. At 12:00 PM. At the Hinman Funeral Home in Princess Anne, where friends and Family May Call one hour prior to the service. Interment will be held in the Allen United Methodist Cemetery, in Allen.
