Princess Anne- William Carroll Ennis "Billy",

77, of here passed away on Saturday January 11,2025 at his home. Born March 7,1947 he was the son of Kathleen (Orvis) Ennis and the late Sidney Carroll Ennis. He was a graduate of Washington High School class of 1966. Billy was a farmer, owner & operator of Bill Ennis trucking, worked for Carroll Ennis trucking, and drove heavy haul for Global Logistics Trucking Co. & Burnopp trucking,he hauled logs for Beachump Logging, Glasgow logging, & Frank Eure.

Billy enjoyed working on and racing go-carts with his boys, stock car racing, watching westerns and his Code Red Mt Dew, he also enjoyed his time with Petty Enterprises hauling for Casey Kahne which to him was more like playtime than work.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years Sharon (White) Ennis, his sons Scott Ennis & Shawn Ennis (Sherry) Sisters.Bonnie Grangier (Ronnie), Kathy Thomas (Barry) and Nina Horner (Frank) Grandchildern Scotty (Hannah) Ava, Emma, Paige, Cody, Casey, Little Mark (Hannah}Dylan, Ryan and Chase. Great-Grandchildren Caliee & Carter.

Billy is proceeded in death by his Son Mark Sr., Brother Bobby, & his Mother In Law Betty (Taylor) White.

There will be a Memorial Service for Billy at 4pm on February 8,2025 at The American Legion Post 94. Located at: 30782 W. Post Office Rd. Princess Anne, Md. 21853
