Westover – Vera J. Lowe, 80, of here, passed away at home on Wednesday, March 6, 2024.

She was a homemaker who loved her family, enjoyed playing bingo, cooking, traveling, and playing the slots.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Lowe (2009).

She is survived by her daughters, Rose Twickler and her husband Mike, of WV, Lark Miller of Fairmount, MD and son, Albert Lowe (Tammy) of Shelltown, seven grandchildren, Lindsey, Russell, April, Nick, Tina, Becky, and Albert, 15 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren, brother Duke Howard of Clinton, MD and sister Helen Luck of Damascus, MD.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, March 11, 2024 at Beechwood Cemetery in Princess Anne, MD. Pastor Jamie Devaughn will officiate.
