Denver - Thomas Hodson White, 89, formerly of Princess Anne, MD passed away at his home in Denver, CO on Friday, January 20, 2023.
He was born March 10, 1933 in Dames Quarter, Maryland, and was the son of the late S. Hodson and Leah (Tyler) White.
Tom graduated from Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington DE in 1954. After graduation he worked for Campbell Soup as an Accountant. In 1960 he went to work with the state of MD as a seafood auditor for DNR, followed by working as an auditor for the District Court Administrative office until he was appointed by the Chief Judge as the Administrative Clerk for the District Courts four lower Easter shore counties. A position he kept until he retired in 1991. He loved boating, clamming and everything Maryland.
He is survived by his sons H. Kendall White, Travis Ritter, Jay White, Tommy White and daughter Mary Lankford. His daughter Kelly L. Carr passed away in 2004.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 28, 2022 at Hinman Funeral Home, P.A. of Princess Anne, MD. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Beechwood Cemetery in Princess Anne, MD.
