Obituary

Thomas E. Latimer, Jr., son of the late Evelyn and Thomas Latimer of Princess Anne, died unexpectedly on July 1, 2017
As an owner, manager, consultant and on-air personality, he maintained a distinguished 40 year career in the broadcast industry encompassing major U.S. markets with stations in Philadelphia, Chicago, and in Texas. At the height of his career, he made the decision to return to Delmarva where he worked at Cummulus, Great Scott, and presently MTS broadcasting. Also a talented amateur drummer, he "jammed" with Jackson Browne, Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Joe Walsh, John Belushi, and Dan Akroyd when in Chicago.
He is survived by the love of his life, Pamela Guidetti-Latimer, a distinguished flutist and artist, his sons, Tom (Kristy) grandchildren Lily and Tommy, and son Jonathan (Carrie), and grandchildren Reece, Mallory and Owen, Sister Linda Hancock of Salisbury and nieces and nephews.
A "Welcome Home" memorial service will be held at his riverfront home at Edgewater Farm. Details will be announced at a later date.
