Westover- Thomas Francis Corcoran, Sr. of here, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Coastal Hospice by the Lake in Salisbury, Md.
He was born in Baltimore, Md., on January 28, 1930 to the late William Cullin and Agatha Kionis Corcoran. Tom was a proud U.S. Marine veteran and worked as a salesman for various companies selling construction equipment. He was a member of the Marine Corp. League.
Tom is survived by his sons, Thomas F. Corcoran Jr. (Susan) of Baltimore, Timothy J. Corcoran (Julie) of Suffolk, Va., Theodore R. Corcoran (Sandra) of Airville, Pa., and Terrence W. Corcoran of Westover, 4 granddaughters, Kimberly Bowers (Ed) of Belair, Md., Kellie Corcoran of Canada, Brittany Muncy (Johnie) and Heather Totty (Jon) all of Midlothian, Va. and 7 great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia M. Corcoran (2015) and brother William Richard Corcoran.
A funeral service with military honors is planned for 12:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Hinman Funeral Home in Princess Anne with visitation one hour prior to the service. Father Solomon will officiate. Interment will be in Fairmount Cemetery.
