Tammy Lynn Cawood, 54, of St. Stephens died August 7, 2016 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. Born February 15, 1962, in Houston Texas, she was the daughter of the Ina Lilly Cawood and the late Donnie Cawood. Tammy was an Artist and she designed and created several of elegant eggs in the Mitzi Perdue Eggscape Collection. She was also a Master Gardener and she never met a stranger.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her children Michael Cawood of Deal Island, Jenelle Sabo (Joey) of Hebron, and Theresa Whitelock (Thomas) of Salisbury. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Logan and Carter Whitelock and Kain and Vada Sabo, a brother, Donnie Cawood (Missy) of Deal Island and a sister, Tina Thomas (George) of Salisbury, a niece Dustin Lynn McPhail (Mike), a nephew Ronnie Cawood, great-nephews Gage and Reed McPhail, and lifelong friends Lesley Vance and Bobby Spadey.
Preceding her in death were her father, Donnie Cawood, a sister-in-law Kimberly Cawood, and her friend Bonnie "Torch" Sinclair.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2016, at 2:00 PM in the Hinman Funeral Home in Princess Anne. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Rev. David Webster will officiate. Cremation will follow the service.
