Wenona- Stephen C. Webster, 63, of here passed away Sunday, January 22, 2017 at Coastal Hospice by the Lake in Salisbury, Md.
Born in Salisbury on October 26, 1953, he is the son of Peggy Windsor Webster and the late Kenneth H. Webster. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Sheila White Webster.
He was a waterman as well as a skilled craftsman and loved to travel. He was former president and lifetime member of Deal Island/Chance Lions Club.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his two daughters, Kelley Hoffman and her husband Albert of Wenona, and Stacey Brenner and her husband Norman of Shelltown, brothers Kenny Webster and his wife Mona of Deal Island, Robert "Noosie" Webster and his wife Shelley of Chance, sister Janet Brown and her husband Kenny of Salisbury, several nieces and nephews, and "Pop's Girls" – his granddaughters, Jordan, Morgan, Hailey, and Emily as well as a special niece, Ava Reid.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Wenona where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Reverend David Webster will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be sent to Hinman Funeral Home, 11673 Somerset Ave., Princess Anne, Md. 21853 to help defray funeral costs.
