WESTOVER-On Thursday, April 14, 2011 Samuel "Sonny " Bozman died at his family home in Westover, from Complications of cancer. Born in Salisbury, on Dec. 22 1939, he was the son of Helen and Carroll Bozman, both deceased.
Sonny was the owner and operator of S. Carroll Bozman Seafood in Rumbley. Later in life, Sonny became a real estate broker and was a partner in Nelson's Real Estate in Princess Anne. He was a United States Army Veteran, and an avid fisherman and gardener.
He is survived by his wife, Jean Ashley Bozman of Westover, four children, Michelle Bozman Barton and Husband Mike of Wake Forest, NC., Julie Bozman of Toddville, Md., Lynette Kenton and husband Jeff of West Chester, Pa., and Dion Bozmaan and wife Karen of Scottsdale, Ariz. He is also survived by a sister, Virginia Morganstern and husband Gary of Dover Delaware, and a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other friends and family.
A celebration of life will be held Sunday at 2:00 pm. at the Hinman Funeral Home in Princess Anne.,where friends may call one hour prior to the service.
