Shirley Mae Hurley, 84, of Princess Anne died on Friday, July 01, 2016, in Princess Anne. Born in Chance, MD on November 2, 1931, she was the daughter of late Claude and Linda Jones. Shirley retired from K&L Microwave in 1993.
Shirley is survived by her two sisters, Frances Thomas of Oriole, Eunice Lewis and her husband Donald of Annapolis. Also survived by sister-in-laws Rosalie Hurley of Salisbury, Connie Bozman and her husband Howard of Salisbury, Patsy Doyle and her husband Robert of Salisbury, brother-in-laws George Hurley of Cokesbury, Richard Hurley and his wife Ann of Pocomoke, Daniel Hurley and his wife Judy of Salisbury, Shirley's son-in-law Damon Prettyman of Princess Anne. Also survived by her grandchildren Karen Briddell her husband Jimmy, Kimberly Widdowson her husband Todd, Amie Phillips and Katie Lambertson. Great Grand Children Jimmy, Logan, Julianna, Dylan, Adriana and Ali as well as several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death was her son Ray Abbott, daughter Lori Prettyman, daughter-in-law Debbie Abbott Cooper and husband of 47 years Lee Hurley. Shirley's brother-in-law Kenneth Hurley and sister-in-law Dorothy Bloxom also preceded her in death.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Hinman Funeral Home in Princess Anne. Friends may call at the funeral Home from 11:00 to 1:00 P.M. The Rev.
