Princess Anne - Ruth M. Mason, 89, of here passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2022, at Peak care facility in Pocomoke Md. Born August 22, 1932, in Princess Anne, Md., to the late Leroy and Twila (Orvis) Marriner. She was a graduate of Washington High School in Princess Anne Md. She went on to work for C&P Telephone and later Bell Atlantic for 30 years before retiring to help care for her parents. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years Al Mason.
She is survived by her sons Brad Mason, and David Mason, sister Irene Brown, brother Ronnie Abbott (Dale), nieces Debi Ziemer (Steve), Stephanie Covington (Jamie), Traci Todd (Kris), and a lot of cousins. She was a long-time member of the Perryhawkin Christian Church. She was loved and cherished by those who knew her.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, August 19, 2022 at Perryhawkin Christian Church Cemetery in Princess Anne, MD where Rev. Ernie Evans will officiate.
