Russell B. Oroian, 46, Salisbury MD
Formerly of Deal Island, passed to eternal life March 21, 2013 at Peninsula Regional Hospital after a lengthy illness and stay at Deershead Hospital Center. He is survived by his parents Russell W. and Sharon Oroian, grandparents Glendis Talbott, Barbara Winterble, James Oroian, brother Robert Oroian, niece Ayla Oroian, nephews Robert Oroian Jr and Jayden Oroian. He also leaves behind many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Milton Talbott of Deal Island.
Before his illness, he worked as a waterman and was a volunteer firefighter and EMT at Deal Island-Chance Fire Department and attended Saint Pauls United Methodist Church in Winona. He worked many types of jobs throughout his life.
A Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 27th at 2:00 PM at Hinman Funeral Home in Princess Anne. friends may call from 1:00 to 2:00 Pm. The Rev. Lloyd Foard will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Johns United Methodist Church in Deal Island.
