Pocomoke City – Roger Franklin Evans, 69, of here passed away at home on Sunday, March 21, 2021.
Born in Salisbury, MD on March 1, 1952, he is the son of Dorothy (Fagan) Milligan of Princess Anne, MD and the late Riley "Bunky" Evans. Roger was a self - employed mechanic, the best on the shore. He loved to play golf and drag race.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Debbie Esham.
Roger is also survived by his wife of 46 years, Gail Evans, children Aimee Reese and her husband Patrick of Crisfield, MD and Mandy Evans of Pocomoke, MD, grandchildren Harper Reese, Anna Holland, and Noah Reese, Brothers Bruce Milligan and Billy Milligan and Sister Stephanie Evans, and step-mother Sharon Evans of Princess Anne, MD, nieces and nephews and many, many cousins.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, March 26, 2021 at Hinman Funeral Home, P.A. in Princess Anne, MD where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Rev. Jamie Devaughn will officiate. Interment will follow in Olivet Christian Cemetery.
