Robert G. Fisher Sr., 79 died on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Salisbury Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Salisbury. Born in Baltimore on June 13, 1935, he was the son of the late Carl and Mildred Ashley Fisher of Princess Anne. In his earlier years, Bob worked for Perdue, Inc. and was a self employed chicken farmer. Later, he became a plumber and continued in his profession for 35 years.
He is survived by three sons, Randy Fisher, Rob Fisher (Theresa) and Mike Fisher all of Princess Anne, a step-daughter, Vicky Heath of Baltimore and a step-son , Danny Gibson of California, a granddaughter, Kerrie Fisher and one great-granddaughter, Katelynn Fisher. He is also survived by the mother of his children, Elois Fisher and several cousins. Besides his mother and father, he was predeceased by his wife, Geraldine Fisher, a sister, Martha Speacht, two brothers, Carl and John Fisher and a son, Mark Fisher.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at 2:00 PM in the Hinman Funeral Home in Princess Anne. Friends may call from 1:00 to 2:00 PM, The Rev. James Doran will officiate. Interment will be held in Allen Cemetery in Allen, Md.
