Robert James Ferrell, 71 of here died on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2015 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. Born in New York on April 17, 1944 he was the son of the late Robert B. Ferrell and Susan Taylor Ferrell. Mr. Ferrell was a U.S. Navy Veteran and had worked at the former Moore Business Forms for over 25 years and at Standard Register for over 15 years. He enjoyed farming and watching stock car races.
He is survived by his wife, Emma Sue Ferrell, a son Kevin J. Ferrell and his wife Susan of Salisbury and a daughter, Karen E. Cottingham and her husband, Jacob of Parksley, three grandsons, Caleb, Christopher and Donovan and a great-grandchild, Chloe. A late son was Brian Ferrell and a late baby girl daughter.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. in the Hinman Funeral Home in Princess Anne where friends may call from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M.. Pastor Jeff Coalter will officiate. Interment will be in Perryhawkin Christian Cemetery near Princess Anne.
