Richard Lowe, 61 of here died on Thursday, Aug. 1, 2013 at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore. Born on November 8, 1951 in Germantown, Md., he was a son of the late Richard Lowe and Louise Barnhouse Lowe. Mr. Lowe had been employed cutting firewood.
He is survived by two Brothers, Eugene Lowe and Stoney Lowe both of Westover and several nieces and nephews A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Beechwood Cemetery in Princess Anne.
