Obituary

Richard Wayne Doyle, 58 of Princess Anne, passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake. Rick was surrounded by his loving family after a very long and courageous fight with cancer.
Born in Princess Anne on October 8, 1959, he was the son of Catherine Doyle of Princess Anne and the late Talmadge Doyle, Sr.
For most of his adult life, he was a self- employed house painter in the area and took great pride in his work. Rick was a home loving and quiet man who enjoyed playing the bass guitar.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sisters, Patte Murray (Hank) of Eden, and Sharon Schilling (Barry) of Salisbury, three brothers, Talmadge Jr. and John (Dianna) Doyle of Princess Anne, and Thomas (Nancy) of Navarre, Fla. He is also survived by four nephews, several cousins, aunts and uncles. Rick also leaves behind his Shih Tzu, Lacy, who brought him much love and pleasure for many years.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother Ronny, his nephew Michael Frye and maternal grandparents Violet and Hampton Peterman.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, October 22, 2017 at Hinman Funeral Home, P.A., 11673 Somerset Ave., Princess Anne, Md. A viewing and visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Reverend Jaime DeVaughn will officiate. Cremation will follow the service.
The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all of the staff of Coastal Hospice for helping Rick and his family through this ordeal.
