Raymond "Shade Tree" Landing, 63, died Saturday, Dec. 10th., at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury. Born August 10, 1948, he was the son of the Late Elvyn and Hilda McDorman Bozman Landing. He worked as a Mechanic and served in the U. S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam Era.
He is survived by his wife Alice Elaine Landing, two children Cindy Nichols, of Cape Coral, Florida, and Raymond Eric Landing, of Salisbury, five Step-Children, Chuck Wagner, Jerry Bloodsworth, Angie Walston, and
Ritchie and Danny Calloway. He is also survived by two Grandchildren, Aaron Nichols and Raymond Evan Landing, A Brother, Gilbert Landing and His wife Hazel of Princess Anne, and a sister Kathy Draper and her husband,Darwyn of Clarksville, Delaware, four nieces, Kim, Vanessa,Cindy, and Rhonda, and three nephews, David, Dale, and Buddy.
Preceding him in death were his two brothers Hilby and Alfred Pierce Landing.
A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, December 14th. at 1:00 PM. in the Hinman Funeral Home, Princess Anne, where friends may call one hour prior to the service. David White will officiate.
