Patsy Daniels Wilson of Princess Anne, MD passed away on April 14, 2023. Born on March 17, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Authur Daniels, Sr and Viva Webster Daniels. She shared 46 years of marriage with cherished husband Donald E. Wilson, preceding her in death in 1997.
Pat retired from Dupont in Seaford, DE after close to 30 years of employment. Upon retirement, she enjoyed traveling, bowling, gathering with friends and family and her membership in Deal Island MAC club of which she served as President. Pat was proud of her heritage and always enjoyed trips "down home" to visit with family and friends in Wenona.
Pat loved to travel, visiting all fifty states and numerous countries. Her last notable destination was to New Zealand and Australia accompanied by family and friends. Outgoing and sociable, Pat loved going on bus trips and would keep the group entertained with songs and games as they traveled between stops.
A devoted member of St Peters Methodist Church in Oriole, MD, Pat enjoyed singing in the choir, serving on committees, and participating in church events.
Pat is survived by her three daughters, Janice Hannon, Carole Bevan and Patti Renshaw, grandson Justin Doyle, sister Maxine Benton and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers: Arthur Daniels, Jr., Jimmy Daniels, Paul Daniels, six sisters: Elizabeth Webster, Lois Esham, Mildred Hitch, Mary Tyler, Nellie Horner, Nancy Horseman, and sister-in-law Carolyn Fitzgerald.
A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, April 22 at 2:00 p.m. at Hinman Funeral Home in Princess Anne where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in St Peters UMC Cemetery in Oriole.
