Patricia Lynn "Patty" Lowe, 57, of Princess Anne, passed away Sunday, November 9, 2025, at her home, surrounded by her family.

Born on May 6, 1968, she was raised in Rumbley. She was the daughter of Eloise (Culbertson) Parks of Rumbley and the late Garland Parks.

She was a house cleaner and a member of Restored Souls Ministries in Westover. She enjoyed fishing, going to the beach, planting flowers, sunsets, and feeding and watching the many finches and hummingbirds in her yard. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, and she adored her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her mother, Eloise Parks of Rumbley; three children, Kelly Buchholz and husband Billy, Gregory Lowe and wife Kc, and Brandon Lowe and wife Megan, all of Princess Anne; a step-son, Barry "Jr." Lowe and wife Stephanie of Fairmount; eight grandchildren, Abigail, Chloe, Liam, Gracelyn, Logan, Kinsley, Karlie, and Bradly; two great-grandchildren, Donovan and Aubrey; a brother, Eddie Parks of Rumbley; a sister, Carolyn Long of Princess Anne; former husband Barry Lowe of Princess Anne, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Parks.

A Celebration of Life Service officiated by Pastor Kelvin Ford will be held at 2PM November 16, 2025 at the Fairmount Fire Department.
