Otto Paul Lynch died September 28, 2013 in a boating accident. Born on Oct. 12, 1949 he was a son of the late Jack and Ursula Lynch of Willards. Otto was a graduate of Pittsville High School and attended Delaware Technical College in Georgetown, DE. He also served in the Coast Guard. Otto was an active member of the Salisbury Moose Lodge 654.
He is survived by daughters; Jessica of Easton, PA and Amy of Ocala, FL, and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by another daughter, Emma. He is also survived by sisters, Carol Burke of Powellville, Connie Adkins of Willards, brothers, Ralph of Princess Anne, Robert of Snow Hill, James of Clarksburg, and Jack of Marion along with numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, Oct. 6, 2013, at 1:00 PM at the Moose Lodge 654 in Salisbury, MD. Rev. Tom Hurley will officiate.
