Obituary
Princess Anne – Norman C. Jones "Scrunch" passed away on December 17, 2024 at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional.
Born on August 10, 1937, he was the son of the late Norman and Audrey Jones.
He was retired from New Jersey Transit and loved cars, gardening, baseball and soaps with "peanut".
He is survived by his sister, Joanne Larkin of AZ, sons Johnny Jones (Valerie) of Princess Anne and Norman C. Jones of New Jersey, grandchildren Jenny Jones (Nick Resnick), Joseph Jones (Abbey), John P. Jones, Amanda Jones and Andrew Jones of New Jersey, great grandchildren Luke Jones, Ember Jones and Aurora Jones as well as nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 11AM on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at Asbury Church in Mt. Vernon. Darryl Webster will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mt. Vernon Fire Department, C/O Cindi Pietroski, 27440 Mt. Vernon Rd, Princess Anne, MD 21853.
