Westover – Michael J. Taylor, 77, departed this world on December 24, 2021. Mike was born on September 15, 1944 to Zack and Nora Taylor. He worked as a waterman all his life.
He married Lynn Davis in 1980, they have a son Darrin.
Mike leaves behind his son and one brother, Winston (Hope) Taylor, several nieces and nephews, including two special ones, Loudy and Susan Horner who took care of him to the end.
He was preceded in death by his wife Lynn, brothers Warren, Zack Jr., Hardon, Dickie, and sisters Beck Taylor, Pearl Taylor, and Estelle Horner.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, December 30, 2021 at St. Paul's Cemetery in Wenona. Rev. Beatty Johnson will officiate.
