Marie Price (nee O'hop) of Princess Anne, formerly of Baltimore, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at midnight on September 26, 2024; she was 95. Born and raised in Avoca PA, Marie married in 1948 and thereafter moved to Baltimore where she and her husband

resided until 2005 when they sold their marina and relocated to the Eastern Shore. Marie retired from Blue Cross/ Blue Shield of MD where she worked for over 30 years. She was active in the Inverness Presbyterian Church in Dundalk and the First Baptist Church of Princess Anne. She cherished her church families. She loved to study the word of God and talk to others about Jesus. She also loved to sew, crochet and quilt, talents she inherited from her mother. Marie was predeceased by her husband of nearly 65 years, David Price, Jr, and her brothers, John O'hop

and Richard O'hop. She is survived by her sister Cecilia Puto and her brother George O'hop, two daughters, Lisa Marie McShane (Pat) and the Honorable Paula Ann Price (Greg), four grandchildren, Amber Marie Burke (Todd), Patrick Kenneth McShane, Jr. (Jessy), Rebekah Lynn McShane, Samara Eve Padgham, and four great-grandchildren, Timothy Allen Burke, Patrick Kenneth McShane III, Riley Emma McShane and Laney Paige Burke. She also leaves behind many beloved nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at First Baptist Church on Crisfield Lane in Princess Anne, MD where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery in Oriole. Pastor Jamie Devaughn will officiate.
