Margurite Hudson Mariner, 89, died December 21st. at The Coastal Hospice at The Lake, in Salisbury, Md. Born Nov. 22, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Leslie and Clara Earneille Hudson.
Marguerite worked for Dupont as a Machine Operator, later working in the Seaford office doing clerical work. She was a member of the Cornerstone Community Church in Delmar. She enjoyed playing golf and traveling.
She is survived by her Stepdaughter Nadine Cavey, three sisters, Anita M. Moore, Gladys L. Hull, and Patricia S. Mudrick, Two brothers, Stanley and John W. Hudson along with several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Harvey W. Mariner, her stepson Don Mariner, two sisters Clara Wheedleton and Mary L. Parker, four brothers, Leslie Hudson Jr., Franklin Hudson, Joseph Hudson, and Richard Hudson.
A private Funeral service is scheduled for Friday, at 2:00 PM. in the Hinman Funeral Home in Princess Anne.
Interment will follow the service in the Allen Cemetery, in Allen. Rev. Ben Meney will officiate.
