Princess Anne Md. - Margaret Ann Davis, 95, of here passed away on July 21, 2024 at Manokin Nursing and Rehab, Princess Anne, Md.

Born on June 22, 1929, she was the daughter of Omar M. Scott and Margaret W. Scott.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 71 years, Elisha W. Davis, Jr.; her brother, Omar W. Scott (Anne) and her sister-in-law, Mary Lee Lloyd (Marion).

She is survived by two children, Robert Scott Davis (Gail) and William Keith Davis (Pat); four grandchildren, Jenny Davis, Lauren Nuttle (Jon), Kolby Noble (Nathan) and Kortney Davis (Kearon); ten great grandchildren, Calvin, Owen, Kamryn, Kennedy, Jase, Rowan, Reid, Ava, Brett and Brooks; one niece, Anne Peacock and three nephews, Dick Scott (Christy), JR Lloyd (Sue) and Chris Lloyd (Linda) together with numerous great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.

Margaret Ann graduated from Washington Senior High School. After graduation she worked as a bookkeeper, telephone operator and secretary for two Principals at Princess Anne Elementary School.

Upon retirement, she enjoyed travel with Elisha (Blackie), most frequently to Williamsburg, Virginia. For many years she was an annual participant in Old Princess Anne Days together with three other generations of her family. She was a member of Antioch United Methodist Church in Princess Anne, Md

A funeral service is scheduled to occur on Saturday August 3, 2024 at 11:00am at Hinman Funeral Home Princess Anne, Md. (Friends may call prior at 10:00am.) After the service, a luncheon will be served at Sugar Water Restaurant located in the Washington Hotel in Princess Anne, Md.
