Princess Anne-Lorraine Kirwan Hall. 90 of Princess Anne died Monday April 18th. at the coastal Hospice at the Lake, in Salisbury, Md. Born May 19, 1920 in Deal island, She was the daughter of the late Clifford and Lydia Horner Kirwan, and the wife of the late J. Milton Hall.
Lorraine was a Past President and member of the O.T. Beauchamp American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, a former member of the Manokin Chapter No. 109 Order of the Eastern Star, a member of the Deal Island Mac Center, and attended St. Peters United Methodist Church. She enjoyed Yard Sales, Arranging her own flower arrangements, and gardening.
She is survived by three children Milton James Hall and his wife Carolyn , Michael Hall and his fiancé Drenda Turner, and Elizabeth "Libby" Hall all of Princess Anne; Five grandchildren, William Hall and wife Terri, Mickey Hall and his wife Kim, Larry Hall, and Jamie Webster and his wife Jamine; Five Great grandchildren, Amanda, William Jr., Amber, Nicole and Brody, one Great Great Grandchild Daisey, One sister Nora Penewell of Fruitland and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her husband James Milton Hall, five sisters, Cathryn Williams, Nellie Bussey, Ada Hastings, Deborah Hassie and Gertrude Taylor and a Brother Thomas Kirwan.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday April 22nd at Hinman Funeral Home in Princess Anne. Family will gather at 12:00 noon and friends may call one hour prior to the service. Reverend William Knicely will officiate. Interment will take place at the Beechwood Cemetery in Princess Anne following the service.
