Kenneth Milton Bradley, 84, passed away peacefully at his home in Princess Anne on October 12, 2023. He is survived by his wife Carol (Hancock) Bradley, his son, David Bradley, daughter-in-law, Kim Bradley, and granddaughters Kate Bradley and Jane Bradley. He is also survived by his brother Richard Bradley, sister-in-law, Nancy Bradley, and his nephews, Todd Bradley and Jeff Bradley. He is predeceased by his sister Helen Santiago, his brother Richard Bozo, his nephew Michael Santiago, and his niece Megan Ford.

Ken was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1939, the youngest of Richard and Helen Bozo’s four children. He was a proud member of the 1957 graduating class of Patterson High School, where he played center for the football team. After graduation, Ken enlisted in the United States Air Force and was stationed in Alaska during the height of the Cold War, serving as a vital part of the early warning system protecting American air space. After an honorable discharge from the Air Force, Ken began a career in insurance, eventually becoming an owner of W.G. Oliver Agency in Bel Air, Maryland.

Ken was a beloved member of the Bel Air and Fallston communities for decades, coaching his son David’s Little League teams, attending David’s football, baseball, and lacrosse games, fishing and hiking in Gunpowder State Park, and enjoying a nice bottle of Italian red with his childhood friends from East Baltimore.

Ken was a devoted father and grandfather, always arriving for a visit with fresh rockfish he’d just caught, live crabs ready to be steamed, ripe fruit from the local farmer’s market (especially cherries), a handful of Lifesavers mints, or a bag of swag from his latest insurance conference. An avid fisherman, Ken retired to Princess Anne in 2002 and spent his days fishing and crabbing Dames Quarter, Deal Island, and every hidden cove in the Manokin River Sanctuary. Ken had a big personality and an even bigger heart. He was full of warmth and optimism, a bright light to everyone who knew him.
