Kathleen Bloodsworth, 98, of Princess Anne, passed away at her home on Oriole Road on Friday, October 9, 2026.

Born in Oaksville on June 30, 1928, she was the only child of the late Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Benson. She was a graduate of Washington High School Class of 1945.

Kathleen was a homemaker, seamstress and active church member at St. Peter's Oriole Church, attending faithfully until just six months ago.

She was pre-deceased by her husband, William S. Bloodsworth, Jr.

She is survived by her two children, Carol Noble (Arthur) of Oriole Road and Lloyd Bloodsworth of Westover; four grandchildren, Jeff Noble (Leigh Ann), Jerry Bloodsworth, Angela Walston, and Ami Whitelock; ten great-grandchildren, Ryan Noble, Megan Casey, Brett Bloodsworth, Jerry "Toot" Bloodsworth, Braeden Bloodsworth, Collin Stephens, Caleb Walston, Carley Walston, Camryn Walston, and Trevin Whitelock; and five great-great-grandchildren, Annabelle, Owen, Colsen, Jackson and Theo. She was called "Grandmother" by all of them and their friends and in-laws.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 2:00 P.M. at Hinman Funeral Home in Princess Anne with a visitation one hour prior to the service.

Interment will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery on Oriole Road. Join us afterward for food and fellowship at the Church Hall.
