Jonathan Chilly, JR., 34, of Fruitland passed away June 8, 2014 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center, due to a lengthy illness and heart failure. Born in Salisbury on April 11, 1980. He was the son of Sheila and Joshua Nichols Sr. Jonathan was a very strong man that suffered but fought many years with his sickness. He will be greatly missed by all of us, but he has joined his Grandma and Grandpa, Robert and Shirley Vetra.
He is survived by his wife of four years Ambre Parsons of Laurel DE, son Logan Chilly of Salisbury, Daughter Roxy Chilly of Laurel, Step daughter, Alexis Caper of Laurel, two brothers Robbie Adkins of Wamego, Kansas, and Tony Adkins of Fruitland, one sister Stacy Chilly of Fruitland, two step sisters Kayla of Fruitland, and Rose Causey of Salisbury, two step brothers George Nichols of Salisbury and Jimmy Nichols II of Parsonsburg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews cousins, aunts and uncles along with his best friend, that was always there for him, Shaun Thomas of Mardela.
A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th. at 11:00 AM in the Antioch United Methodist Church in Princess Anne. Rev. Mark Thomas will officiate. The service is open to all friends and family members that would like to pay last respects to this young man. We love you Jonathan.
