Johnny M. Widdowson Jr., 68, died March 9, 2012, in Dunedin, Fla. Born in Salisbury on March 26, 1943, he was the son of the late John Widdowson Sr. and Nancy Sard Widdowson.
He is survived by three sons, David Alan Widdowson of Princess Anne, John Thomas Widdowson of Westover and Norman Ernest Widdowson of Clayton, Ala.; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother, Alan Widdowson of Salisbury, and a sister, Brenda Howard and her husband, Wayne L. Howard, of Salisbury.
A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Hinman Funeral Home in Princess Anne. The Rev. Olivia Constango will officiate.
