Westover – John J. "Jack" Koons, 68, of here passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, January 12, 2021.
Born in Ashland, PA on November 30, 1952, he was the son of the late John J. and Rosetta (Williams) Koons, Sr. Jack worked as a carpenter. He was a USMC veteran.
He is survived by his longtime partner of 16 years, Linda Wirt of Westover, MD, two daughters, Jacquelyn (Norman) Thomas of Philadelphia, PA, and Christine Brocks of Craydon, PA, two sisters, Kathy Wallover and Jean Rhea, both of Levittown, PA, brother James F. Koons of Fairmount, six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
