La Plata MD – Joe Ann Price, 76, formerly of Princess Anne, MD, passed away on Monday, August 9, 2021 at University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center.
Born in Princess Anne, MD on May 17, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Roger and Rebecca (Brown) Price. Joe Ann was a graduate of Washington High School. She was a distributor for the Washington Post.
She is survived by her daughter Rebecca Dryden and her partner Heather Leel of southern New Hampshire and her son Sherman Dryden and his wife Pamula Stamm of Welcome, MD and five grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Hinman Funeral Home, P.A. 11673 Somerset Ave in Princess Anne, MD where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Bonnie Stone will officiate. Interment will follow in Beechwood Cemetery.
