Salisbury - Joan S. Gochnour, 83, of here passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018 at her home.
Born in Cambridge, Md. on August 21, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Henry Stephens and Elizabeth Stephens. She worked as a bookkeeper and was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-parents Leila Stephens and William Townsend.
She is survived by her husband Kim Gochnour. They had been together for 41 years and married for 38 years, son Steve Willey and his wife Shirley of Fishing Creek, Md., step-daughter Anne Turner and her husband Phillip of Chincoteague, Va., brother in law Rex Gochnour, grandchildren Sarah, Kara, and Tyson and great granddaughter Baby D.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, November 5, 2018 at Beechwood Cemetery in Princess Anne, Md. Mrs. Bonnie Stone will officiate.
