Jerry Harold Bedsworth, 87, of Princess Anne, MD, passed away Thursday, October 16, 2025 at his home.

Born in Princess Anne on May 29, 1938, he was a son of the late William Harold and Effie Louise McDaniels Bedsworth.

Mr. Bedsworth was a hard-worker, having worked 11 years with Chris-Craft Corporation, and was a truck driver for Dresser-Wayne Industries, retiring after 35 years.  Following retirement, he was a grain hauler for many area farms.

A devoted husband, father, and grandfather who loved his family, he is survived by his wife of 68 years, Dorothy LaRue Senkbeil Bedsworth of Princess Anne; four children, "Bip" Bedsworth (Peggy) of Princess Anne, Terry Ford (Emmy) of Eden, Jimmy Bedsworth (Darlene) of Princess Anne, and Kathy Revell of Princess Anne; grandchildren, Hank Bedsworth (Tracy), Eric Bedsworth (Ashley), Jesse "Porkchop" Bedsworth (Callie), Mark Bozman (Danielle), Tyler Ford (Courtney), Jamie Bedsworth (Rachel), Tony Bedsworth (Cati), Dillan Bedsworth (Ashley), Lacy Messick (Philip), Kody Revell, Andy Revell, Jr. (Kristy); great-grandchildren, Brantley Bedsworth, Kaylee B. Bedsworth, Ellie Bedsworth, Caroline Bedsworth, Beau Bedsworth, Jack Bedsworth, Douglas Bozman, Paige Bozman, Brooke "Chitty" Bozman, Emmy Lou Ford, Avery Ford, Wesley Ford, Mia Bozman, Ava Bedsworth, Ashton Bedsworth, Blake Bedsworth, Tessa Bedsworth, Gemma Bedsworth, Hunter Bedsworth, Dillana Bedsworth, Liam Warner, Lana Warner, Alyssa Shores, Hanah Shores, Emery Messick, Haley Revell, and Sydney Revell; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Andy Revell; a granddaughter, Tarah Bozman; and sisters and brother, Ruth Hickman, William Russell Bedsworth, and Audrey Bridelle Pollick.

Funeral services officiated by Pastor Dave Webster will be held Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 1PM at Hinman Funeral Home in Princess Anne where a viewing will be from 11AM – 1PM.  Interment will follow in St. Peter's Church Cemetery in Oriole.
