Jaime Leigh Gladding Aaron, age 40, passed away at her home in West Ocean City on July 16, 2016. Born on April 24, 1976, Jaime was the daughter of James E. Gladding of Pocomoke and Teresa Owens (Sam) of Snow Hill and wife to A. Scott Aaron.
Jaime graduated from Snow Hill High School and received an Associate's Degree in Business from Wor-Wic Community College. She worked chiefly in the restaurant business, most recently for Caruso's Pizza in Ocean City and Lombardi's in the Twilley Centre in Salisbury. In 2000, Jaime suffered a severe brain hemorrhage that left her with significant physical disabilities. Nonetheless, Jaime lived a full life and lived as independently as she could. She continued working part-time at Lombardi's for a time, took online courses and cared for her family. Jaime met Scott, the love of her life, in 2005 and they were wed on June 3, 2006.
In addition to her parents and husband, Jaime leaves a step-son Kutter Aaron, a brother Bill Rutter (Candace) her niece Grace Rutter and nephew Adam Rutter, all currently of Hanover, P A, a step-brother Ryan Balogh, Salisbury, uncles, Russell Wodkins, (Linda) Snow Hill, Robert Pasquith, Eden, Wendell Riggin, Eden, Weldon Riggin (Kathie), Eden and Raymond Riggin (Teresa) of Snow Hill. Also surviving ere her aunt, Mary Margaret Gladding, Withams, Virginia, her paternal grandmother Irene Gladding Owens (John) of Lake Helen, Florida and her mother and father-in-law, Janice and William Aaron of Salisbury, MD.
She also leaves behind numerous cousins and a host of friends that will always cherish their time with Jaime.
Jaime Leigh was preceded in death by her step-mother Patricia Gladding, paternal grandfather Edward Gladding, uncle Charles Gladding, maternal grandparents, Buell "Hook" and Martha Riggin, cousins Bryan Wodkins, Patricia Annis and Betsy Riggin.
Funeral services will be held at the Hinman Funeral Home in Princess Anne on Thursday, July 21st with visitation from 1 PM to 2 PM followed by a memorial service at 2 PM led by Pastor Gary Smith and Pastor Donnie Bailey.
