Obituary

Harold P. Propst, 87, of Princess Anne, passed away peacefully at Aurora Senior Living of Manokin on Thursday, January 9, 2014. Harold was born August 19, 1926, son of the late Cecil E. Propst and Emma Benson Propst of Princess Anne.
Harold was a long time member of Antioch United Methodist Church, a Army Veteran of World War II, and a Lifetime member of the American Legion Post #94, in Princess Anne where he was a Past Commander.
Surviving are his wife of 44 years Lois J.. Propst son, Benson Propst and wife Jackie of Fruitland, granddaughter, Kaylyn M. and grandson, Owen G. W. Propst of Fruitland. Also surviving are his sister, Edith (Kenneth) Nichols of Salisbury, a brother, Marion R. (Ann) Propst of Easton and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his brother Ernest Propst and sister Eleanor Smith.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 13, 2014 at 2:00 PM. in the Hinman Funeral Home in Princess Anne. where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Beechwood Cemetery. Rev. Mark Thomas will officiate.
