Oct 2, 1943 — Nov 1, 2026
Gerard James Wallace, 83, of Princess Anne, MD and formerly of Clifton, NJ, passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2026.
Born in Passaic, NJ, on October 2, 1943, he was the son of the late Gerard and Mary Frain Wallace. He had been making his home in Princess Anne for the past six years.
As a young man, Gerard (more commonly known as Jerry), spent time studying with the Jesuits and practiced law after graduating from Fordham University Law School. He was also a proud alumnus of Saint Peter’s Prep in Jersey City, NJ, where he remained an active member of the alumni association.
He taught for a period of time at Seton Hall University and later owned and ran a Job Placement Agency in Clifton, NJ for many years before retiring to Maryland.
He was an advocate of the Humanities and an avid reader who loved playing basketball in his free time. He truly enjoyed sharing a good joke or interesting story with friends and family, and had a wonderful sense of humor.
He is survived by his daughter, Heather Boisrond of Maplewood, NJ; a sister, Mary Elizabeth Kowal of Clifton, NJ; three grandchildren, Sean, Isabel, and Desmond Boisrond, all of Maplewood, NJ; and a niece and several nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, William Wallace.
