George R. "Bob" Briddell Jr., 57, 0f Salisbury, died Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center. Born in Salisbury, he was the son of Betty J. Briddell and the late George R. Briddell Sr.
Bob learned the inportance of Craft skills from his father and was an excellent Carpenter. Bob loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, boating, and camping.
He is survived by his loving Companion and Friend of 16 years, Susan W. Sparks, Children, Christopher, George III, and Katelyn and four grandchildren. He is also survived by two sisters, Ruth A. Briddell (Butch) and Linda Weber and her husband Bill, a niece Julie Duncan (Michael), a nephew Josh Weber (Rachel), along with many Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.
A Funeral Service will be held in the Hinman Funeral Home in Princess Anne on Sunday, Sept. 9, 2012 at 3:00 PM. Friends may call at the Funeral Home between 1:00 and 3:00 PM. Interment will follow the service in the Beechwood Cemetery in Princess Anne. Rev. Daniel Rich will officiate.
