Mt. Vernon - Gary M. Shores, 60, passed away Friday, October 19, 2018.
He was the son of the late Isaac and Norma (Murray) Shores.He was brother to the late Charlotte Benton and Ned Shores.
He is survived by his wife Donna, children AshleighWallace (Brian), Ryan Shores, Patrick (Heather) Shores, and Alison Shores, grandchildren, Keith, David, Hannah, Alyssa, Jayden, Kennedy and Avery.
He attended Asbury UM Church and John Wesley and loved both of them. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to either church.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at Asbury United Methodist Church, 26556 Mt. Vernon Rd in Mount Vernon. Rev. James Doran and Mrs. Bonnie Stone will officiate.
