Franklin Joseph Donoway, 38 of Salisbury, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore. Born in Somersville, WV, he was the son of Frances Kesner Donoway of Princess Anne and the late Robert Donald "Bunky" Donoway.

Frank was employed with Collins Wharf Sod Farms in Eden for 12 years prior to becoming disabled. He loved his pet dogs, "Odie" and "Ana": and enjoyed working on cars, going to the beach and spending time with his family.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 7 years, Heather Jean Donoway; a son, Nicholas D. Bock of Salisbury; 3 stepdaughters, Danielle M. Brittingham and Rebecca M. Brittingham, both of Crisfield and Jessica E. Mosley of Salisbury, a sister, Lorraine Edith Oppel of Salisbury; 2 brothers, Robert Donald Donoway, Jr. and his wife, Theresa of Nanticoke and Ray Robert Donoway and wife Tifa of Laurel, DE; and several nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by his step-son, Joshua Lee Brittingham.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 14, 2013 at 1:00 PM in the Hinman Funeral Home in Princess Anne where friends may call one hour prior to service time. Interment will be in Oak Hall Riverside Cemetery near Libertytown. The Rev. Jerry Hughes will officiate.
