Frank Carpenter Horner, 84, of Wenona passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at Salisbury Nursing and Rehabilitation in Salisbury, Md.
Frank was born on July 18, 1932 to the late Walton Thomas and Agnes Horseman Horner.
He was a Navy veteran and a waterman all his life. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Deanna, son Frank Horner, Jr. and his wife Nina, and daughter Debra Maske, all of Princess Anne, a granddaughter, Kristen Horner of Salisbury as well as several nieces and nephews. A son, Walton T. "Chucky" Horner III passed away in 2014.
In addition to his parents and son, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Samuel, Walton, Gorman, Loudy, Edwin & Johnny Horner as well as sisters, Martha Wheatley and Anita Webster.
A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Saturday, January 21, 2017 at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Wenona where friends may call from 12-2 P.M. Officiating will be Rev. Jamie DeVaughn and Rev. David Webster. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
