Dorothy Bozman Hopkins, 92 formally of Salisbury, passed away January 27, 2015, at Aurora Senior Living of Manokin in Princess Anne. Born January 3, 1923, she was the daughter of the late George S. and Edna Shores Bozman. She worked for the Manhatten Shirt Company for 27 years, then continued her employment as a Nurses Aide, retiring after 13 years from Deers Head Hospital in Salisbury.
She is survived by two brothers, Benny Bozman and his wife Beatrice of Chance and Gorman Bozman and his wife, Nancy of Salisbury, along with several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death besides her parents were her husband Robert Wesley Hopkins, two sisters, Violet Johnson and Deena Young, and two brothers, Murrell Bozman and Floyd Bozman.
A Graveside service will be held on Friday, January 30th, at 1:00pm, in the St. Peters United Methodist cemetery in Oriole, MD. Rev bill Kniceley will officiate.
