Donald John Moir, 74, died Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center.
Born in Orange, New Jersey on September 5, 1942, he was the son of the late Donald and Bernice Burd Moir, Sr.
Don retired from the federal government working in Personnel Management and was an avid reader. He loved learning new things.
He is survived by his wife, Cynthia of Princess Anne and step-son Christopher Austin of North Carolina.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at the First Baptist Church in Princess Anne, Md. Friends may call from 10:30 A.M. to noon prior to the service. Rev. Jamie DeVaughn will officiate and interment will be in Beechwood Cemetery in Princess Anne.
