Deena S. Young, 82 of here formerly of Princess Anne died on Thursday, Dec. 20th at Salisbury Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Genesis Eldercare in Salisbury. Born on Oct. 20, 1930 she was a daughter of the late George Bozman and Edna Shores Bozman. Mrs. Young was a graduate of Washington High School in Princess Anne and was retired from Wicomico County Department of Social Services. She had also worked for Worcester County Social Services after her retirement. Mrs. Young was married to the late Thomas W. Young. She was a member of Union United Methodist Church in Salisbury.
She is survived by a Daughter, Cynthia Tingle of Salisbury, a granddaughter, Katie Ellen Howard also of Salisbury, two brothers, Gorman Bozman and his wife Nancy of Salisbury , Benny Bozman and his wife Beatrice of Chance, a sister, Dorothy Hopkins of Princess Anne and several nieces and nephews. A Late Sister was Violet Johnson and late Brothers were, Murrell Bozman and Floyd Bozman.
A funeral Service will be held on Sunday, Dec. 23rd at 2:00 PM in the Hinman Funeral Home in Princess Anne where friends may call from 1:00 to 2;00 PM. Interment will be in St. Peters United Methodist Cemetery in Oriole.
