Eden – David J. Barry, 66, of here passed away Sunday, July 15, 2018 at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital in Seaford, Delaware.
Born in Salisbury, Md. on May 12, 1952, he is the son of Mildred (Ford) Barry of Crisfield and the late William James Ford, Sr. Dave worked as a service representative for Mroh's Gas, Inc. He was a devoted son, father, and grandfather, and was Chief of the Allen Volunteer Fire Company, Tony Tank Tribe 149, Order of Red Men in Fruitland, Md. and former member of Christ U.M. Church in Fairmount. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, playing golf and he loved to umpire his grandchildren's softball games.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children, Derrick Barry of Salisbury, Christopher Barry and his wife Rei of Pineville, LA, Heather Wingate and her husband Tom of Salisbury, and B.J. Aurelio and his wife Amy of Fruitland, brother William Barry and his wife Shirley of Princess Anne and devoted girlfriend Sara Carmine and her children Kim, Will, and Tina, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Randy Barry.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at the Wicomico Youth and Civic Center, 500 Glen Ave. in Salisbury, Md. with visitation from 10:00 A.M. til noon. Friends may also call from 6-8 P.M. on Friday evening, July 20, 2018 at Hinman Funeral Home, 11673 Somerset Ave. Princess Anne, Md. Interment will be in Beechwood Cemetery in Princess Anne, Md. Rev. Nolan Ford and Rev. James Doran will officiate.
