Obituary


Charlotte Bozman Piper, 64, of Lehigh Acres, Florida, formerly of Oriole went Home to be with her Lord on Wendesday, May 16, 2012. Born August 14, 1947, in Chester, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Charles Lake Mac Hardy and Mildred Louise Layfield
Charlotte attended local Salisbury area schools, worked for D & F shirt factory in Salisbury, Jodie shirt factory in Fruitland and later worked for Meatland in Princess Anne. She was currently employed at Ace Hardware in Lehigh Acres. She was a long time active member of the Alva United Methodist Church, Alva, Florida. One of her favorite passtimes was writing verses and poems. She never saw the dark side of anything and always focused on the best and the positive. Her love for God and family kept her strong. Her kind and giving nature took her far. She was a beloved wife, sister, mother and friend. She will be missed by every one who knew her.
She is survived by her husband Wayne Piper. Sr. of Lehigh Acres, FL., her children ,Sandra Louise Bohrer and her husband Paul of Salisbury and Jerry Ronald Hill and his wife, Penny of Salisbury, a brother Preston Steven Richardson and wife Sarah, of Tyaskin, two sisters, Lanta Henson Tyre, of Delmar and Mary Ellen Bounds Sawant and her husban Anil, of Berlin, and a step-brother Wayne Smith, of Hebron. She is also survived by, her step-children, John Mersor, Wayne Piper, Jr., Henry "Hank" Piper, Dawn Mersor and Sandy Hernandez along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her husband Jerry Hill, her husband Buddy Bozman, and two step-sons, Michael Piper and Daniel Piper.
A Funeral service is scheduled for Friday May, 25th. at 11:00 AM. at the Hinman Funeral Home, in Princess Anne, Md. Friends amy call on Thursday evening, from 6:00 to 8:00 Pm. at the Funeral Home. Rev. Dow Wood will officiate. Interment will follow the service on Friday in the St. Peter's Cemetery in Oriole.
At the request of the family, donations may be made,to the Hinman Funeral Home to assist with Funeral Expenses, at 11673 Somerset Ave., Princess Anne, Md. 21853.
