Charlotte (Burkhardt) Cochran, 87, of Oriole, passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2024. Born on July 5, 1937, she was the daughter of the late William and Amonda Burkhardt.

Charlotte enjoyed making arts and crafts, feeding the birds and was a very loving soul. She will be deeply missed. We will forever cherish our memories together.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Cochran; a brother William Burkhardt Jr.; sisters Linda Blevins and Barbara McLean.

Charlotte is survived by her son, David Cochran (Stephanie); granddaughters Shannon Cochran and Megan Lowe (Brandon) and a great-granddaughter Kinsley Lowe; sister Judy McDade (Mike).
