Carolyn graduated with the Washington High School class of 1964. She was very proud of her class and established lifelong friendships. She enrolled in PGH School of Nursing after graduation and became an RN in 1967. They moved back to Princess Anne and started their lives, careers, and family.
She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was extra loved for her Christmas goodies. Carolyn was a life member of the American Legion, 149 Redmens Tony Tank Tribe Pocahantas, and a lifetime member of Antioch Church.
Carolyn was a golden person...kind and considerate to everyone. Her smile and spirit were infectious, and her company surrounded you in warmth. You were blessed beyond measure if she was a part of your life.
If she could leave one message to the world it would be...Because nice matters. She's right.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Wade Bloodsworth, Jr., daughter Angie Bloodsworth Wilkins and her husband Brian of Delmar, grandchildren, Katelyn Elizabeth Warrington (Austin) and Joshua Brian Wilkins, brother Clyde C. Marriner (Sandie) of Princess Anne, and several nieces and nephews.
